I need help choosing the right sized ring, can you help?
Sizing for rings is extremely important, and we know that! You can order a ring sizer on our website to ensure you get the perfect fit.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
- FedEx 2 day (2 business days*): FREE
- FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day): Price calculated at checkout. May arrive in the afternoon or evening the next business day.
- FedEx Priority Overnight (1 business day): Price calculated at checkout. Order on a Friday by 11am PST to get your package Monday before noon.
*Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays.
Do you guys offer International Shipping?
Yes we do!
- FedEx International Economy: Calculated at checkout. Typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your country
- FedEx International Priority: Calculated at checkout. Typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your country
What is the Return or Exchange policy?
Once you receive your ring you have 30 Days to decide if it’s the right one for you. If it’s not, we understand, free returns and exchanges are available within this time period.
Do you guys offer Warranty on your rings?
Yes! Each Epic Ring has a No Worries one-year warranty.
How should I clean my ring?
It’s a good habit to take it off your ring to let your finger breathe every so often. We recommend before going to bed. This allows your skin to breathe. What should I do if I received a damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I’m living outside the US, can I still place an order for delivery outside the US?
